Terms & Conditions – Travel Daju

Booking

Your contract is with Traveldaju Tours. A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on our tour / hotel booking / or any other travel-related services of your choice and we have received your booking request and deposits. All correspondence in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to Traveldaju Tours.

Payments

For the services contracted, 30% advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount should be paid before commencement of your tour. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services.

Payment Options

Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Cash payment to our office, or by Demand Draft / Cheque. All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction. Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by the payer.

Rights to Amend the Itinerary

Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and wellbeing of our passengers.

Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure

  • 16 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.
  • 15 days to 01 day prior to arrival or no show – 100% of the tour/service cost.

A minimum 10% service charge is applicable for cancellations after booking confirmation. Refunds for cancellations after trip commencement depend on recoverable amounts from service providers.

Refund

Refunds for unused or unutilized services will be processed according to the cancellation policy. Refund processing may take 2–4 weeks. Bank or credit card charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Liabilities & Limitations

Rates are subject to changes in government taxes, fuel costs, or service provider rates. Traveldaju Tours acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, and contractors, and is not responsible for service changes, delays, or incidents beyond our control.

Passports & Visas

Travelers to India (except citizens of Nepal & Bhutan) require a passport valid for 6 months and a valid visa. Passport and visa processing is not included in the tour cost.

Health

Persons with contagious diseases are prohibited from travel. If detected during the tour, the traveler will be asked to leave the tour and arrange their own return.
